Coolabah, an Australian icon.
They have been producing an exciting range of fine wines for almost 60 years and their products are enjoyed as much today as they were when we first began production, way back in 1962.
With an instantly recognisable package and a range of fine varieties, Coolabah, from its initial launch, became an instant classic and a much loved brand for all Australian wine drinkers.

Red Label
Coolabah Shiraz is vibrant purple with aromas of blackberry, mulberry and plum fruits. Soft tannins and balanced oak and flavours make this a vibrant soft and fruit driven wine.

Orange Label
Coolabah Merlot has a bouquet of dusty raspberry with a touch of minty cedar and oak char. A mint structure with raspberry fruit lift on the front palate leads to a beautifully soft finish.

Coolabah Cabernet Shiraz is intensely fragrant with spice, white pepper, violets and blackcurrant. The palate is rich with dense blackberry flavours, soft tannins and great length of flavour.

Coolabah Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon shows blackcurrant and red berry characters, with a hint of cassis and the palate is enhanced by some subtle oak influence. Finishing with gentle tannins and a firm structure it will drink perfectly now but will reward with further medium term cellaring.
